To ensure all goes smoothly with your order, please take time to read our terms and conditions as set out below.

Margaret Clark’s Limited edition fine art prints are scanned and reproduced directly from the original illustrations.

Ordering

Ordering a Margaret Clark Limited Edition Print from Federation Fairies is very easy. Use the ‘Add to Cart’ buttons and proceed to your shopping cart when you are ready. We use PayPal as our only payment method – don’t worry, you don’t need to be registered or have an account with PayPal; you can pay by credit card on the Paypal checkout screen if required.

Processing Time

All limited edition prints are custom-made to order. Please allow 10 working days for delivery of your prints.

Shipping Within Australia

We use Australia Post to handle the shipping of limited edition prints to addresses within Australia.

Each print is delivered covered with acid-free tissue and cellophane to protect its surface during packing and shipping. Save the tissue and original packaging to protect your print until it is framed or in case you need to return your print.

Prints are delivered via Australia Post. We insure the print for its’ purchase price and include a Signature Confirmation service, so you will need to sign for your package. We will e-mail you to let you know your order has shipped .

Overseas Orders

If you live outside the Australia we also use Australia Post. We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada. Various rates are available depending upon how soon you want delivery, and our shopping cart automatically provides you with the shipping options for your location. *All shipped orders need to be signed for.

All international orders are final. Unfortunately we do not accept returns for orders that are shipped outside of Australia.

Our Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your Margaret Clark limited edition print. In the rare event that you do need to return your print, notify us immediately by e-mail, or phone, to discuss the reason. You must return it in original condition within 5 working days of the receipt date, as verified by the delivery signature confirmation.

To Return Your Print, Package it as it was shipped originally, using the original shipping materials, and be careful not to scuff, scratch, crease, or otherwise visibly damage the print.

Return Documentation

Insure the package for the prints’ original price and request proof of delivery to Federation Fairies. If you do not insure the package and it is delivered to us in damaged condition, we cannot issue a refund. Please do not return packages COD.

If the print is returned as described and received in undamaged and re-saleable condition, we will issue you a refund for the purchase price. You must pay for return shipping, insurance, and proof of delivery.

Damage During Shipping Within Australia

If your limited edition print is damaged during shipping, we will help you coordinate filing a claim with Australia Post. Australia Post requires claims for damage to be filed immediately, and you will have to present the damaged package and contents at your local Post Office as proof. We will then arrange replacement of the damaged print.

Care of your print

These prints are unique and will last for many years with the correct handling. As with any artwork these prints should be kept away from direct sunlight, the surface should be kept dry. The print surface should not be touched.

Each unframed limited edition print is supplied with a Federation Fairy stamp of authenticity.
